Act I — Where we start

Some buildingsare worth saving.

A 1922 institution on Marina Promenade. Failing plaster, water in the parapet, a century of history in the joints. The easy answer was demolition. We were asked for the harder one.

Most firms hand you off at the drawing. We carry the project through construction — which is exactly where design intent is usually lost.

01 — Survey Survey

Survey & Assessment

Condition survey, material sampling, structural appraisal. On heritage work nothing is touched until the building has been read properly.

02 — Drawing Drawing

Drawing & Documentation

Measured drawings, plans, sections and details resolved to the junction — documentation a contractor can actually build from.

03 — Model Model

3D Coordination

A coordinated digital model. Clients walk the building, and clashes get resolved on screen instead of on site.

04 — Build Build

Construction & PMC

Project management on the ground — sequencing, quality control and weekly progress against the programme.

05 — Handover

Handover

Documentation, compliance sign-off, and a building that performs the way it was drawn.
